Today's Buffalo Boss Babe is Danielle Pietrocarlo Nyhart she owns Dani-Fit a super kick ass empowering gym that help people lead a healthier life. She offers a ton of amazing class options and it is also really affordable. She offers punch card and drop in classes to fit everyone's schedule. She inspires her students and helps them truly make positive healthy changes in their life! We chatted with Dani about life, business and more!

What made you start or brought you to where you are today? Tell us your story and what makes you a Buffalo Boss Babe.

I have always wanted to own a business. When I was little I was either playing “store” or “hotel” , and slinging lemonade in my driveway. Pretending and playing a “boss” roll was always way more fun than Barbies to me. I started working at 14 and had jobs in all industries, service, corporate, retail but never really felt like I found my “career”. I got fired from a newspaper job when I told them i was pregnant with my first daughter and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It forced me to figure it out. I ran a licensed childcare out of my home ( which I hated) but it gave me a taste of being a boss. I was always interested in fitness and found an ad on Craigslist to teach a cardio hip hop class. I got the job and fell in love with helping people love fitness and love to be healthy. It was important to me to show my kids they can be a boss but how important it was to live a happy healthy life. This career really gives me the best of those two awesome worlds. Working with people and impacting their lives is absolute most rewarding job out there ( besides being a mom ) :)

What are your favorite things to do in the area (Buffalo and greater WNY)?

Snowboard, Wakeboard, drink wine, be a mom :)

Tell me about your favorite collaborations or a dream collaboration?

We just started collaborating with Equity Nutrtion Meal Prep Service! Would love to do more collaborations with other buffalo boss babes in photography, video, and clothing

What are your hopes, dreams, goals? Big or Small.

Building a free fitness park in Hamburg, obtain my MBA in business, have another baby, & always be happy

Tell us about your family a bit ( 2 or 4 legged ) ?

Gianna 7 Iyla 1.5 Andy - husband , Bella - Dog, Katy Perry - cat, yes our cat is Katy perry named by my oldest daughter :)
